* Multibanco reference: When selecting the option “Pay by Multibanco Reference” you will be sent the data relating to the purchase, in order to pay the amount marked in an ATM box indicating the Entity, the Reference and the Value using the option “Payment for purchases and services “.

* MB Way: Simple payment, using “MB WAY” on your cell phone. (Only available to Portuguese bank customers with the MB WAY app installed)

* Credit card: Payment can be made by Credit Card. Stripe guarantees an efficient and secure transaction.

For all other countries: * Paypal: Payment can be made via Paypal, or using a credit card via Paypal.

At the time of ordering, stock may not be updated in time, that is, the products may not be available in stock.

In the case of outlet products, you have one hour to make payment and ensure the purchase of the chosen unit.

If the customer wishes to purchase a larger quantity of product than indicated in the virtual store’s stock, please contact us by e-mail [email protected], as we may have the quantity you require.

If you have pre-paid for a fabric that is out of stock and it is not possible to reorder, then you will receive a warning email, as well as a refund of your money.

The shipping processing of your order is only indicated after verification of good collection and includes checking stocks, product quality control, checking the items and delivery to the carrier. Orders will be shipped as soon as all items are available. When items are in stock, orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days, however, whenever possible, we will ship on the same day or immediately the following day. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

It is the customer’s responsibility for any error in the address provided, as well as failure to receive or collect the order.

Delivery times can be extended during periods of high flow of objects, such as vacations, public holidays, festivals, sales periods and the Pandemic.

The customer may exchange or return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. To this end, you must contact Studio 7.5, via email at [email protected], indicating the order reference and the article to which it refers.

Studio 7.5 accepts the exchange or return of an item, as long as it is in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be made within 5 working days, counting from receipt of the item. Studio7.5 will issue the refund within 10 working days, counting from the moment of receipt of the item, via bank transfer, made to the account from which the order was placed.

In the case of campaigns offering 1 item when purchasing another, we do not make returns, we only exchange products. We also do not return or exchange digital products. In both cases, exchange or return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, fabrics may shrink. Although we cut them to a measurement of 1 meter, as they are fabrics that have an elastic behavior, after resting they may shrink slightly, with shrinkage of up to 5% being normal and not subject to complaint.

Studio7.5 takes great care in describing the fabrics and quality of the photographs presented to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. However, the color of the fabrics may differ from that shown on your monitor.

* The prices shown include VAT at the normal rate in force at the time of purchase and possible additional costs, except costs arising from shipping costs. The value of shipping costs will be added later in the order process.

* The prices of the products presented and the shipping costs will be duly detailed in the final validation phase of the order.

* The prices established in the online store are only valid for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date.

At the moment, the only option for collecting an order without shipping costs that Studio 7.5 offers is for those who reside or have the possibility of traveling to Lisbon. You can pick up your order at the Maria Modista school in São Sebastião da Pedreira.

When you receive the completed order email, you can pick it up from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm or from 2pm to 5pm.
