Browsing the Studio 7.5 website and its sub-domains, as well as purchasing any product, presupposes acceptance of the following information and General Conditions of Sale.
Studio 7.5 reserves the right to change the pre-contractual information contained on this website, based on current legislation, without the need for any prior notice.
A. The prices displayed in the online store include VAT at the normal rate in force at the time of purchase and possible additional costs, except costs arising from shipping costs. The value of shipping costs will be added later in the order process.
B. The prices of the products presented and the shipping costs will be duly detailed in the final validation phase of the order.
C. The established prices are only valid for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date.
D. In case of exchange (replacement) of the product, the price assigned will be that of the replacement product and not the one originally ordered.

3. Payment
For Mainland Portugal from Madeira and Azores Islands:By Multibanco Reference, you will be sent data relating to the purchase in order to pay the amount marked in an ATM box indicating the Entity, Reference and Value using the “Payment for purchases and services” option.By MBWAY, simple payment, using “MB WAY” on your cell phone. (Only available to Portuguese bank customers with the MB WAY app installed).By Credit Card: Payment can be made by credit card. Stripe guarantees an efficient and secure transaction.For all other European countries:Paypal: Payment will be made via Paypal, or using a credit card via Paypal.
5. Deadlines and Guarantees
The average delivery time is 3 to 17 business days.
If the order is not received (either because the order volume is large or because there is no one at the shipping address to receive the product), you will be contacted by the carrier to reschedule delivery.
If the customer has not collected/claimed the order and it has been returned to the sender, it will only be resent after payment of shipping costs.
The customer may exchange or return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. To this end, you must contact Studio 7.5, via email at [email protected], indicating the order reference and the article to which it refers.
Studio 7.5 accepts the exchange or return of an item, as long as it is in perfect condition.
Exchanges will be made within 14 working days, counting from receipt of the item.
Studio7.5 will issue the refund within 10 working days, counting from the moment of receipt of the item, via bank transfer, made to the account from which the order was placed.
In both cases, exchange or return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of campaigns offering 1 item when purchasing another, we do not make returns, we only exchange products. We also do not return or exchange digital products.
Cancellation of the order can only be done until payment has been made.
The customer must notify us of their intention to cancel the order and terminate the contract in writing, using any durable medium, preferably by email: sent to our address: [email protected]
Studio7.5 takes great care in describing the fabrics and quality of the photographs presented to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. However, the color of the fabrics may differ from that shown on your monitor. As such, we do not accept any liability.
In general, small variations in the color and structure of the fabrics may also occur, which is inevitable, however these variations do not represent a defect in the article.
Studio 7.5 collects your personal data for billing purposes and is committed to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each client’s personal data. All your personal data is transmitted over a secure SSL connection. The information acquired will not be shared with third parties, except for some data with the carrier when sending your order. As a customer, you will have the right to access your personal information, and may change or delete it.
Studio7.5 has an exclusive stock for the online store, however, at the time of ordering, the stock may not be updated in time, meaning the products may not be available in the online store’s stock.
