Do you do returns or exchanges?

The customer may exchange or return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. To this end, you must contact Studio 7.5, via email at vendas@studio7ponto5.com, indicating the order reference and the article to which it refers.

Studio 7.5 accepts the exchange or return of an item, as long as it is in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be made within 5 working days, counting from receipt of the item. Studio7.5 will issue the refund within 10 working days, counting from the moment of receipt of the item, via bank transfer, made to the account from which the order was placed.

In the case of campaigns offering 1 item when purchasing another, we do not make returns, we only exchange products. We also do not return or exchange digital products. In both cases, exchange or return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
